"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event that was started by Jill over at Breaking the Spine. Every Wednesday people share a book that they are anxiously awaiting the release of.
This week my choice is one that is very popular right now, and I'm sure you have heard of at least a thousand times.
Synopsis:
Hopeless romantic Isla has had a crush on introspective cartoonist Josh since their first year at the School of America in Paris. And after a chance encounter in Manhattan over the summer, romance might be closer than Isla imagined. But as they begin their senior year back in France, Isla and Josh are forced to confront the challenges every young couple must face, including family drama, uncertainty about their college futures, and the very real possibility of being apart.
Featuring cameos from fan-favorites Anna, Étienne, Lola, and Cricket, this sweet and sexy story of true love—set against the stunning backdrops of New York City, Paris, and Barcelona—is a swoonworthy conclusion to Stephanie Perkins’s beloved series.
(I got this synopsis from amazon.com)
Isla is the third book in the series of companion novels written by Stephanie Perkins and beginning with Anna and the French Kiss. It is being released on August 14 of this year; so next month, baby! I know I'm for one excited to see more of the characters we all know and love, and then some new ones.
